Shef and I were looking up  interesting recipes for cocktails and I suddenly remembered a drink I'd had at the Coconut Grove almost a decade ago... "Thellicherri Timebomb"...served in a tender coconut shell.

Off we go to the browser default Google search. We found bombs, timebombs, Thellicherri black pepper but no "Thellicherri timebomb". A switch of search engines to Yahoo actually yielded 4 recipes.

Turns out it is white rum and tender coconut water. So much for all that searching and head scratching.
